Shipping

The amount to be paid for shipping will be applied per order, exact price of each shipment depends on the country of delivery and the weight of the order.

When making your order will be indicated the amount to pay for shipping.

After order confirmation and payment, you will be informed by e-mail of the confirmation of the order submission, accompanied by the object number.

The delivery of the order will be made at the address indicated by the customer.

The address indicated by the customer may be a private domicile, a place of work or any other address. The billing address and shipping address need not match.

Deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm. To receive the order you must ensure that someone is at the address. This service does not include scheduling. If no one is there to receive your order, a notice will be left to pick up your order at the nearest post office.

If the order is not delivered because the address is incorrect or is not withdrawn within the stipulated time, will be charged the costs of the new shipment.

According to these conditions, the “delivery” must have been made or the order “delivered” when the customer or a third party designated by him is physically in possession of the products, as evidenced by the signature of the order receipt at the delivery address indicated.

We will not be responsible for failure in delivery of the order, or delay in performance of any obligation that is due to a force majeure event, this is an event, act or omission beyond its reasonable control.

We will try to deliver on time as far as commercially reasonable. We always do this as a rule, however, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
